Not to mention he only has about one good year of tape. He's a playmaker for sure, but he's a bit of a gamble. He came about a year too early. Another year at VT like he had (even a slightly lesser year) and he's day 2 pick at the worst. I think some teams saw that decision as a red flag along with some of the other past issues (demonstrating he's past those issues would probably have been an even bigger benefit to one more year). I agree that a team drafting him in round 6 would get good value, but there is some risk.
