Drive for 25 to be successful. Attitude is in quotes not because it's a bad one, in fact, I believe it's legitimate. Are student athletic fees voluntary, are game tickets available to all students, do all sports have free admission for all students? Balance the answers to those questions (and others may have more) with the reality of a combination of undergrad student debt, grad school student debt, the job market upon graduation, now some want to pay players on top of scholarships, etc, and the Drive for 25 is so successful it becomes an afterthought.
