and some may say "not now" but, I think that would be very few. Also, some coaches will obey the rule as well. I am just skeptical that it will be a sea change in the sport. I am also not exactly sure what the rule really accomplishes. The current "talking", "verbal commitments", etc. really do not mean much as the LOI can still not be signed until the athlete's senior year and until there is a signed LOI EITHER side is free to walk away. As far as catching cheaters go, the NCAA could not find a hooker in a whorehouse. They do a pathetic job of policing the major sports, some due to their own ineptitude and some due to a true lack of any real enforcement/investigative powers and it is extremely doubtful the enforcement in a minor sport will be better.
