Now that the ACC opened Pandora's Box by adding L'ville


I would think it would be tough for anyone representing the ACC (including ADs and Presidents of ACC schools) and stress the importance of potential candidates "fitting the ACC's academic profile."

I am not saying the ACC couldn't go down that route, but it could mean risking the possibility that the ACC could end up with egg on its face especially if "academics" is a reason the ACC declined to invite WVU to join the conference and instead invited a school like Iowa State or Baylor (example purposes only) to join the conference.
