I peek at a lot of the games on ESPN showing the top college teams. They don't wear them.
MLB sure as hell doesn't wear them.

I guess its a testament to how little this team knows baseball that it has to wear a cheat sheet on it's belt at almost every position rather than learning signs and knowing baseball situations inherently.
