Talked to the HC a couple of months ago, they were

trying to ease into charging for baseball. They expect the ACC-only admission may change next year, to all games. This year the stadium wasn't finished before league games, so it makes sense there was no admission. They also may be adding more tables next year -- there is quite a bit of unused space on those terraces. I was No. 2 on the waiting list for tables, so I was glad to hear that.
