I think we made a fair catch of a kickoff in the Indy bowl


Think it was Tommy Edwards who made it. At the end of the half we got tagged for 2 15 yard penalties that were assessed on the kickoff to start the 2nd half. Indiana kicked one way high in hopes their guys could get under it but TE made a fair catch from what I recall.

Is this really a new rue?

Sounds like "Steel Monkey" to me.
