Pac 12 has botched the pac 12 network . I see this as a major issue for revenue for the pac 12 schools. Also the pac 12 due to the independent pac 12 is not fully locked into fox. Simply media markets cannot just ignore the Arizona Colorado California oregon and Washington markets ..


I can see espn working to carve up big 12 where schools be divided between acc sec and revised pac 12 with acquisition of the pac 12 network . Espn have to work the Texas focus on independence network and future. Espn might be willing to accept Oklahoma and Kansas ro go to big 10 if they work the rest . Key i see is one school in big 12 will be left out. I see it’s baylor : which will result in a major lawsuit.
This will bring out some legal anti trust discussions with espn and the power four conferences - interesting times in the 21st century .
