It's very fluid, and things change quickly. In football, you generally have an idea of what's going to happen, and you might have one Dylan Rivers-type surprise every year or two, but that's about it. Hoops is much harder to pin down, and you can waste a ton of time providing coverage on recruits who will never come here, and totally miss guys who wind up committing.
