That Tinch is even remotely ready to be a head coach. I don't know if she even recruits. I doubt she knows much about hitting. How is she at organization of groups. I know from experience that to be a good leader, one must have some leadership experience.

I love Tinch to death, but she would be a very poor choice for head coach.
