Was given Samantha information and gave them mine to get back with me. I have not heard from her as of this morning but was assured that they were interested in accepting his decorations.

Thank you for the information, it really fits into everything I've come to learn about Bill. My friend and I are from Colonial Heights and his mom indeed was a teacher. She remarried my friends father sometime after that.
