That's a good list. After reading a number of these, I would go....

1. Duke -- most talent, again.
2. UNC -- last years talent seemed a year away
3. UVA -- More Hunter, less Wilkins
4. Syracuse -- If Brissett and Howard return, might win the league
5. VT -- Bibbs and Wilson loses bigger than most think, best two defenders
6. Louisville -- Snider is a big loss but all the athletes return and now have one of the 4 best coaches in ACC
7. FSU -- Very similar to L'ville, but without a coach
8. ND -- Huge personnel loses, still have Brey
9. BC -- Best backcourt in the ACC
10. NCSU -- Completely new roster, still good coach
11. Miami -- Big loses in personnel -- but, hey Anthony Lawrence gets his 9th season
12. Clemson - Grantham, DeVoe and Donnal are underrated loses, not sure how they did it last year
13. Wake -- Probably get Crawford and Moore back
14. GT -- Probably won't get Okogie back
15. Pitt -- Good luck!
