This should not even be needed.


Sounds like the way I and many of the generations before me grew up. You should not have to codify that parents are allowed to determine when, where and what activities their children can and can't do outside the home without parental supervision or the fear of child protective services getting involved. Parents are quite capable of deciding this with out a law giving them permission.
