Indiana, UCLA and UConn are not desirable locations right now, leaving
the aforementioned 5 teams. Part of being a Blue Blood is having the coach to go with it. Carolina almost fell out of this status until they hired Roy. Kentucky was in the same boat, but they still had the massive arena, and massive fan support to stick to blue blood status.
Indiana and UCLA are a great coach away from regaining their status. UConn could be on the brink of making a comeback with Danny Hurley, but they're in a crappier conference now. UCLA just isn't what it once was, and really hasn't been for a long time. Indiana hasn't done as much since Knight left. (Sidenote: I think Duke becomes Indiana-like after K leaves)
