In fact, since I'm sure you think it's racist because you're up to date


with the Urban Dictionary, why don't you look it up there. It's not even a negative word on that site.

People who throw that word around recklessly like you just did cheapen it. There are a million code words out there that are racist, but hood isn't one of them.

And I'm fully aware of what a mixed use area is since I live in one. Not a big city, but it is a very old mixed use neighborhood, and if I lived in that Philly neighborhood, I'd be happy to have that stadium built there.
