The NCAA could lay the hammer on Duke, but as they pop one mole, another will just have to be popped because not just these 18 year olds, but their families will continue to take the money at alarming rates (not saying I blame em either way).

The agents and backroom deals even behind the backs of colleges won't stop. Paying players ain't happening unless you pay every student athlete at every school (girls rugby included). The only solution to stopping the madness rests with the NBA. Either remove the 1 year waiting period, or raise it much higher, and even if the NBA said it's a 3 year wait, players would just bolt to Europe for those 3. I think it's inevitable that the rule will be removed, and college Hoops is forever changed in both good ways and bad ways.
