They could, but 4 teams do not make that much difference.


If you followed the string, we were originally talking about just having at best 16 teams in the WNCAAT since there are only 1 team, about 6 to 8 semi teams, and a handful more wannabes.

There is just no parity in women's basketball now. None. There doesn't really need to be 64 teams involved. However, if there weren't 64 teams in the WNCAAT, a real suit would happen.
