become immune to. The concern doesn't help. I've worried about this for 4 years. This year I'm basically just numb to it all. Buzz is being Buzz. And he needs to take care of that family. Maybe that means leveraging for a raise (such as in prior years)? Can't blame him. Maybe that means his family wants to move/settle back in Texas (as has been stated before)? Can't blame him.

While Buzz has been here he's given his all to our program. I hope he stays. But I won't worry about him leaving until he does. And when he does I'll be thankful for his efforts...
