Do you think that the winner of the NCAA tournament identifies the best


basketball team, or is it the top ranked team at the end of the regular season? I am no where close to a Hoo fan so this question is not to support them in any way. Certainly the tournament offers any team the opportunity to win regardless of their win/loss record and if they were even ranked at the end of the season.
