I take issue with the headline, to be honest ...

They didn't "track down" the ticket's owner -- he came back two hours later! What are the chances that the clerk was gonna pocket the ticket but had to hand it over when the person who dropped it came back? It'd be a bit too convenient to say "Nope, haven't seen it" ... and then show up on the news a day later as a new millionaire. lol.
