The net neutrality vote would have zero impact on your speed test

Net neutrality deals with traffic going between networks. When you test your network speed, Verizon is measuring standard traffic across its network.

The question of net neutrality deals with something like Netflix or Hulu traffic being throttled on Verizon's network.

Personally, my network access speed on Fios has gotten faster since the net neutrality vote, not slower.

The winter weather this year has had the biggest impact on network speeds. The other big factor is more devices on your network.
