Last year we lost two guys - Dance and Walz. We replaced those guys in the lineup with McF returning from injury and arguably Moore (ACCC). But then we lost Epperly early and Chishko who should have been in the line-up. This year we would have lost Epp, Haught and Gus. Replace them with Lewis, Blees, and Borst next year. Then we lose Chishko, Blees, and ZZ. Replace them with Bolen, Dunn, and ?

I would say we are on pace to lose 2-3 producers per year and it appears the pipeline has enough replacements. I think this year with the loss in production from Epp/Chishko is a bit of an anomaly and just accelerated the process on the departure end and made this year appear down. Next year I think the team will finish Top 6 and the following year challenge for podium again. So yes I think we continue to roll....the true test is 3-4 years out from now.

Heck we would have finished Top 6 had Epp been around and possibly Top 4 had Chishko been his former self at 157. The really telling thing for me is that even in this DOWN year we qualified 9/10 classes and were a whisker from getting all 10 to the NCAAs -- a lot of talented youth there.
