125 - Positive - didn't expect a win. KN wrestled tough imo. Underdog in next matches.
133 - As expected. Tough draw. Probably Parker for AA
141 - As expected. Carr (11) then winnable then Perry for AA
149 - As expected. Lots of fire last 3 minutesl. Hayes isn't a personal fav. Should be Krivus then tough match against Degen or Bleise. Then either Perry or Tsirtis for AA. Not easy but this guy is a warrior.
165 - Positive for me. Conserved energy. Beat the guys he should with little angst. No style points assuming no team trophy. Wick for AA and then Joseph. Hopefully then IMAR.
Side note - where does Mekhi fit in 2018. Lord I would have loved to seen him in this lineup this year....
174 - Not a good day. Love the kid. Drew two seniors but thought he could win 1. Great potential.
184 - Positive for me. Lots of energy. ZZ is never going to be a perfect technical wrestler and is always going to be interesting....wish he was less interesting sometimes :)... Preisch will be tough. Win and you're rewarded with MM from tOSU. Lose and you probably get Foster from UNI for AA. Win and you probably get Ness or Hazel which is very doable. Win and you get Abounader or Renda. Dang....Love ZZ but 184 is a bear.
194 - Positive. Strong. On the offense all day. Confident. Wish our other guys wrestled with his intensity (except for DMF who already does). Big Red will take down Miklus. Then a fun match against the lanky freshman Darmstadt. 60/40 imo against him. First TD wins. Take neutral if your up cuz the kid is tough on top. Macchiavello takes out Moore in the semis and we have an all ACC final at 194.
285 - Meh. Really disappointed in the last month and didn't show much today. Timid imo. Wish him the best.
