Mostly agree to blame the landing pilot, but blame the crew some

too as it appeared to me that they pulled the 'on ground' copter out and it wasn't on the landing spot.

Still, if pilot #2 didn't have room, then they should back off and get on the radio, tell someone to get the hell out of the way. Those things aren't cheap.
