SciFi peeps:... Annihilation with the lovely Nat.Portman was actually SPOIL

Decent. Then better.
Then it got pretty dang decent; if not outright good.

Don't wanna SPOIL the plot too much; though it was like a Dali
Persistence of Memory clock struck about 2pm clockwork orange;
with some Avatar terrestrial looks, and more than a little upside-down.
Like the 1970's Prophecy -anyone remember that freaky film- gone upside-down.

Give it a minute or 30.
It does build. On the slow... though it is building.
Last half-hour kept me up way way way too late.

(though why are flicks so chick dominate, of late?)
Ahhhhh-no. Boys=bigger, better, stronger.
Typically a lot. At that.
Kirk >>> Janeway
(any day)

That said; the visuals are at least A- for a B budget type flick.
Pretty original at points actually.
And they, only; improve.

two thumbs up, surprisingly at that,
enjoy!
b.st.

p.s. Hollyweird has gotta get away from the Space Aliens are big winning
and we rally in the 12th; or one of ours gets infected and binge
eats his/her own; or communicating=me^Buzz(ing) power
of earthier bafflement.

gotta be a new spaced out E.T. tagline somewheres; right?
