Yikes, I listed my house thinking it could take 2 years to sell in my small


town where not much is happening. Listed a little over a week ago. Two "showings" last week. Realtor said another showing today......after my work they were still here. It was lady from Friday with Hubby and they were measuring doors and windows, etc and asked about what furniture I could leave. No offer on table yet but way more action that I expected. There's gonna be a mad scramble if I get an offer.
