It's too bad Rhode Island didn't win the Atlantic 10 tournament.

The head of the selection committee said that Davidson is who bumped Notre Dame out. Both Syracuse and Notre Dame would have been in if Rhode Island had won.

On another note, the Big Ten got only 4 in the NCAA and 2 in the NIT. That's not a very good season for men's basketball for them. Maryland didn't even make the NIT. I'm not sure what's going on there.
