ND shot 11 FT's in the first 38:46 of the game


14 FT's came after the game was pretty much decided. ND's FG % had nothing to do with frequency of FT shooting.

I'd also love to see these statistics that bear out your theory.

As for the technical. Both Farrell and Clarke were being dumb and has often happens, the retaliating party got caught. (and there wasn't going to be a "quick outlet"...it was a dead ball after an offensive foul.
