Virginia Tech Cornerback Greg Stroman to Wear No. 25 vs. East Carolina

Return a punt for a touchdown, get to wear No. 25 for Virginia Tech. It’s that simple.

Greg Stroman, who returned a punt 61 yards for a touchdown vs. Delaware last weekend, will wear No. 25 this weekend vs. East Carolina. Virginia Tech head coach Justin Fuente announced the news on Thursday.

Stroman wore No. 25 vs. East Carolina last season, and returned a punt 87 yards for a touchdown in that game as well. Stroman has three career punt returns for touchdowns, one in each of the last three seasons. Stroman is also the second player to earn the No. 25 honor twice, with Anthony Shegog earning that honor vs. West Virginia.
