Malik Willis, a 3-star athlete from Atlanta, Ga., committed to Virginia Tech on Saturday, the second commitment the Hokies received on the day.
Not only is Willis the second Saturday commitment for Virginia Tech, Willis is also the second recruit from Georgia to commit this week. Lecitus Smith, a tight end, committed on Wednesday.
Thomas Guerry, director of recruiting operations for Virginia Tech football, highlighted the Hokies’ recent recruiting success.

Willis, at 6-foot-2, 188-pounds, had offers from 11 schools, including Virginia Tech. Georgia, Georgia Tech, Georgia Southern and N.C. State also had interest, but had yet to make a scholarship offer. Willis primarily played quarterback at Roswell High School.
He played for Westlake High School. He must be transferring to Roswell for his senior year. Good competition level at both schools.
Like Mr Willis resume and another versatile athlete for coaches efforts. Like where our offense is heading..
