Compensation
Annual base compensation:
- January 1, 2017: $400,000
- January 1, 2018: $425,000
- January 1, 2019: $450,000
- January 1, 2020: $500,000
- January 1, 2021: $525,000
- January 1, 2022: $550,000
- January 1, 2023: $600,000
Athletic Achievement Incentive Compensation
Conference Performance:
- Team wins ACC Championship (Regular Season): $15,000.00; and
- Team wins ACC Championship (Tournament): $15,000.00
Post-Season Performance:
- Team makes NCAA Tournament: $15,000.00; or
- Team makes NCAA Super-Regional: $25,000.00; or
- Team makes College World Series: $50,000.00; or
- Team wins NCAA National Championship: $100,000.00 (whichever is higher)
Coach of the Year:
- ACC Coach of the Year (solo or shared): $ 10,000.00; and
- National Coach of the Year (solo or shared): $ 15,000.00
Academic Achievement Incentive Compensation
Single year APR of 975 or higher, beginning with the 2016-2017 academic year, payable in the spring of 2018: $7,500.00
