  1. Does anyone know how much THW has raised to date and how much they have distributed to “Collectives”.

    1. With the $200k raised in December — it was matched — and the additional $100k they were seeking, I’m guessing they’re over $400k now. That’s just the crowd-sourced, smaller donors. Not sure how much they have raised privately from big donors and business.

  2. Very well done by both Will and Jim – a “must-watch”!

I urge everyone to support The Hokie Way. To be competitive in the evolving college sports landscape, VT must be able to compete in the NIL space. THW provides a creative and ethical way to do so, by leveraging the concept of Ut Prosim. All participants benefit, including donors. And you’d be hard pressed to find a more dedicated Hokie than Jim Petrine.

  3. Tried to donate online, website isn’t working properly. I’ve sent an email to them, hopefully I hear back before the end of the year matching deadline.

  4. Definitely view this podcast if you want to learn everything about how Hokie nation is handling NIL, how it will benefit our athletes and our athletics program. Great job by Will in his questions and by Jim Petrine in answering the questions and providing a detailed description of the Hokie Way organization.
