Recently, former Virginia Tech offensive lineman Dwight Vick has been interviewing other past Virginia Tech players as a way to help bring awareness to his Vicktory Life mentoring service. The resulting conversations and discussions are enlightening for Hokie fans.  Dwight has been gracious enough to allow us to share those interviews on TSL.

Vicktory Life provides therapeutic mentoring and outpatient counseling to youth and their families with a goal to empower middle and high school students to develop the necessary life skills needed to achieve their academic and career goals. Services provided by Vicktory Life include mentoring, internships, and parent coaching. To learn more about Vicktory Life, read below.

This content appears on TSL free of charge, but we encourage everyone to click here and purchase a T-shirt or hoodie to support the efforts of Dwight Vick and Vicktory Life.

Dwight recently changed up sports, and rather than interviewing a former football player, he chatted with Virginia Tech basketball legend Ace Custis.  The timing of this interview fits in perfectly with the start of the 2020-21 basketball season, and our season preview will be released later today.  Until then, enjoy this interview with Dwight and Ace.

More About Vicktory Life

Vicktory Life was founded in 2018 by former All-Big East offensive lineman Dwight Vick, who graduated from Virginia Tech in May of 1999 with a B.S. in Sociology and a B.S. in Family and Child Development. Vick later received two Masters Degrees from Liberty in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as Human Services.

Vick also branches out into Victory Life Youth Sports (VLYS). VLYS works with student-athletes to develop goals, explore academic options, and provide supportive feedback to students while communicating expectations in order for them to be successful. In addition, VLYS offers student athletes and their families academic support and guidance regarding NCAA rules and regulations. VLYS also identifies opportunities for student athletes to engage in community service projects.
