As the scholarship offers accumulate for Spring Valley (WV) 2022 offensive lineman Corbin Page, he’s drawing on some familiarities to make sense of his options.

Page now claims 10 offers, most recently Virginia Tech, Virginia and West Virginia, which all came on the same day nearly three weeks ago. He’s especially familiar with two of those schools. As he also decides what characteristics matter most when choosing his next home, he’s also using what he knows about the schools first-hand.

“I want to go somewhere that kind of reminds me of home, but not too much,” Page said. “I don’t want to be in another place that it’s just like home. As offense goes, I don’t really have a preference. I can have an offer for tight end, D-end and offensive tackle at a place like Oregon. It’s kind of like, whatever gets me into the game, whatever can get me to the pros. As far as academics, just somewhere I can get a good education to support me and my family after the NFL, or if I don’t make the pros.”
