Yesterday, Highland Springs (Va.) four-star defensive tackle Kelvin Gilliam moved a bit closer to making a decision. He’s hinted that he could be ready to make that decision soon, or he also could need more time.

Gilliam, No. 104 in the 2021 Rivals250, released a top 10 via social media of Virginia Tech, Penn State, Minnesota, Texas, Florida, LSU, California, Oklahoma, Kentucky and South Carolina. At this point, Gilliam maintains he doesn’t know which school he’ll choose, but he’s trying to narrow down which one will fit him best.

“It’s all about, how are you a priority for somebody?” Gilliam said. “Can you go make an impact on and off the field? That’s the main thing. All of them made me a priority.”
