Most scouting services list Bishop Sulivan (Va.) three-star offensive lineman Altrique Barlow at 300 pounds. Earlier this year, however, he was approaching 350 pounds.           

That’s when Barlow decided he needed to get himself in better physical shape. He changed his diet, not eating as much, and worked harder during offseason training. Barlow, Rivals.com’s No. 10 offensive guard and No. 5 player in Virginia for 2020, reports he’s now down to 330 pounds. It’s an indication of the extra work he’s putting in, along with the digging he’s doing in his recruitment.
