Limited Spots Remain For 2019 Virginia Tech Football Recruiting Class

Believe it or not, Virginia Tech’s 2019 recruiting class is nearly complete.  The Hokies only have 11 commitments for the 2019 cycle, but thanks to a small senior class and limited projected attrition, they can’t take nearly as many players as they did in Justin Fuente’s first two full classes. (We have 26 recruits in the 2017 class and 25 in the 2018 class.)

In 2017, the Hokies took 26 players, and in 2018 they took an additional 25.  With only an estimated nine senior scholarship players on the 2018 roster, there simply isn’t room to take 20+ guys in this recruiting class.

Here’s a list of the projected 2018 seniors:

DT Ricky Walker
OL Kyle Chung
OL Braxton Pfaff
WR CJ Carroll
DT Vinny Mihota
DB Mook Reynolds
WR Henri Murphy
RB Steven Peoples
OL Yosuah Nijman
