Virginia Tech’s October 15 matchup with Syracuse will air on ESPNU at 3:45. This will be the first meeting between the Hokies and the Orange since Syracuse joined the ACC.
This will also be Virginia Tech’s first trip to the Carrier Dome since 2002. VT and Syracuse played some great games in that building, most of which were very frustrating for Tech fans. The Hokies have won just once in the Carrier Dome since their victory in 1986.

Lived in the Rochester, NY area in 86 and had an opportunity to attend the Syracuse game. Going back for the first time since this year, hoping for the same outcome. UNC first!

I went to games at SU in 96, 98, 00 and 02. I left with that same bitter taste in 02. In fact, I swore I’d never go back. Apparently “never” only lasts 14 years.

Quick turnaround for the Miami game but they play UNC that so I guess it is fair
