I’ve made it no secret that I believe Virginia Tech got a steal at the quarterback position.  Joshua Jackson is one of the most underrated prospects in the country by the two main recruiting networks.  I think ESPN is a lot closer than Rivals or 247 with regards to Jackson’s ranking, and that’s because they scout his abilities and his film rather than using his scholarship offers as a guide.
