Green for Player of the Year?

With his impressive early season play, Virginia Tech guard Erick Green has put himself into serious contention for ACC Player of the Year.  He’s also drawing comparisons to other recent outstanding guards at Virginia Tech, namely Malcolm Delaney and Zabian Dowdell.

Statistically, Green is the better player as a senior (so far).
