With two regular season games remaining, David Prince has helped Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA) to a 6-2 overall record.  Achieving a playoff berth, something the program hasn’t done in a while, is very much a possibility.

“Our coach said before the last game that if we win out we’ll be in,” said Prince, a 6’1″, 175-pound athlete.  The Virginia Tech commit is the Patriots’ starting quarterback but will likely play wide receiver on the next level.

Patrick Henry is preparing for this Friday’s match-up against Franklin County, a team that has given the Patriots fits in recent years.  In fact, over the past three seasons, Franklin County has scored 104 points to Patrick Henry’s zero.

“I don’t think they are as good as they have been in past years, but we have not scored on them in the past three years,” Prince said of Franklin County.  “This game means a lot to us.”
