By the end of the summer, Virginia Tech could be very close to being finished with recruiting in the class of 2013. The staff is well on its way now, having secured 12 verbal commitments from rising high school seniors. This weekend will be important in helping the Hokies finish strong, as two of Tech’s top remaining targets will be in Blacksburg. But before I take a closer look at tomorrow’s one-day camp, lets take a look at the latest overall with Virginia Tech class of 2013 recruiting.
– Linebacker Nick Dew and safety Theron Norman have left the program.
– Rising red-shirt freshman defensive end Dadi Nicolas is suspended indefinitely pending a second degree grand larceny charge.
