Today is national football recruiting signing day, which is a very high traffic day on TechSideline.com. We’ve modified the TechSideline.com home page to direct you to the Signing Day Ticker.
If you’re here to read articles or columns, please use the links to the left and in the menu bar. (For “Hokie News” daily newslinks, just click the “News and Info” link and proceed from there.)
Throughout the day, we’ll be running a signing day “ticker” that will list VT’s verbal commitments at the bottom and signees (those who have signed and sent in their LOI — Letter of Intent) at the top. We’ll update that throughout the day as LOIs are received by VT. To access the ticker, click below.
Try not to spend too much time in the recruiting database during the middle part of the day. Increased traffic to this area (especially searching) will slow things down. We will keep as you informed as possible from the Signing Day Ticker throughout the day.
If you’re on the message boards today, PLEASE post only moderately, and do not refresh the screen more than once every five to ten minutes. Posting or refreshing excessively will bring the server’s response to a crawl and then no one will have the ability to post or read new information. The two best message boards for information are the free Football Message Board and the subscriber TSL Pass Recruiting Message Board.
