Highland Springs (VA) star Cris Hill , TechSideline.com’s #8 overall prospect in the state in the preseason rankings, has narrowed his list to seven schools. The 5-11, 175-pound cornerback/wide receiver recruit is focused on his senior season but may make two official visits during his senior season.

“I talked to Cris earlier this week about it,” Highland Springs Head Coach Scott Burton said of Hill’s recruitment. “He said that basically there is no change. He’s still getting a lot of phone calls. He’s still getting phone calls from Michigan, Ohio State, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Tennessee, N.C. State and Florida. These are the school he’s still considering.”

Coach Burton does not expect his talented athlete to narrow the list further any time soon.

“Once December hits, he needs to go down from seven to about three or four and roll with it,” Burton said. “He’s not thinking about it much right now because we have a lot to think about here.”
