Smith says this “most likely is” the final seven, although he didn’t rule out a possible change down the road. TechSideline.com caught up with the talented 4-star prospect to find out which programs are in the top seven, where he plans to go this summer and when a commitment could be made.
First things first: the top seven. In alphabetical order, the schools that are currently up there are Clemson, Miami, N.C. State, Notre Dame, Tennessee, Virginia and Virginia Tech. In general, there were three reasons why these programs made the cut.
