Miller Comments on Game, Visits

Highland Springs High School standout Jarrell Miller did not make it to UVa’s win over Florida State, but he did watch the game on television. The 6-3, 235-pound linebacker, rated a 4-star recruit the #4 overall recruit in the state, gave his thoughts on UVa’s win and names four schools he will officially visit.

“It got me hyped,” Miller said of the UVa win. “I remember talking to Marques Hagans before, and he told me he really wanted to beat Florida State. It was a big win.”

Primary recruiter Mike Groh was quick to get in touch with Miller, who is one of the top linebackers in the country. UVa is recruiting Miller to play inside linebacker.

“Actually, I just got off the phone with Mike Groh,” Miller said on Sunday night. “We had a good time talking. He was telling me a little bit about how I’d fit into the program. He was also telling me about this poem he’s sending me (laughs). Then I got to talk to the big man Al Groh and Al Golden.”
