According to Doug Doughty of the Roanoke Times, former West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC) star cornerback Rod Council is now headed to the University of Louisville.
Council, a 5-11, 175-pound prospect, originally committed to Virginia Tech but never signed a Letter of Intent after being arrested on a breaking-and-entering charge. He subsequently entered a first-time offender program, which he completed and therefore cleared the charge from his record.
