Kitt Pommells , one of the most versatile athletes in the state of New Jersey, is up to double-digit scholarship offers. Projected as either a wide receiver or safety on the next level, schools seem split in terms of where they see him playing. Pommells does not care which position he plays.

“I have about 12-15 offers,” Pommells said. “Miami is close to offering, and I think they will offer soon. Some offers I know about are Pitt, Virginia, Syracuse, Boston College, Iowa, Rutgers, U-Conn, and Maryland. Of the schools who have offered me, I would say six like me as a wide receiver and the rest as a safety. I don’t care where I play.”

UVa, who is recruiting Pommells as a safety and was one of the first to offer, is one of his four favorite schools.

“My top schools are Virginia, Syracuse, Miami, and Iowa,” Pommells said.
