The state of Virginia is filled with great athletes in the 2005 class, and another can be found at Heritage High School in Lynchburg, Virginia. 6-3, 190 pound Chris Cook , who plays at least three different positions in high school, has the versatility and athleticim to play either offense or defense on the next level.

Along with his size and athleticism, Cook displays good speed.

“Chris plays running back, cornerback, and wide receiver,” Heritage Head Coach Chris Jones said. “He plays wherever we need him to play. He’s got great hands. He has at least a 30-inch vertical and he runs a sub 4.5 in the 40. We ran the 40 here earlier this week, and we timed him at 4.48.

“I think Chris really has great potential.”
