Chris Gorham became the 13th commitment for the 2004 class this week, choosing Virginia over Notre Dame. The 6-0, 170 pound defensive back from Pottstown High School (PA) is projected to play cornerback on the next level.

Gorham possesses blazing speed, as he has run a 10.8 in the 100 meters. He has played running back and safety for Pottstown this season. He is the league’s leader in receiving yards.

An excellent student, Gorham carries a 4.0 grade point average in the classroom. He has received scholarship offers from Virginia, Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Duke, Vanderbilt, and South Carolina.
